📦 Return & Replacement Process

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process.

  • A replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a full refund, based on your preference.


🚫 Non-Returnable Scenarios

  • Requests due to change of mind, personal preferences, or product expectations not matching will not be eligible.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
